Terms and Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and SuperSphere Labs LLP, a limited liability partnership with its registered office at A-266, Triveni Nagar, Jaipur 302018, Rajasthan, India (“we”, “us”). If you use ManageCal for an organisation, you agree to them on its behalf and confirm you may do so, and “you” includes that organisation.

ManageCal is a shared calendar: workspaces, calendars, sub-calendars, events, custom fields and per-person access. It is in active development. Features will be added and changed, and we will try not to remove something you rely on without telling you first.

• You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. Keep your email account secure, and tell us if you think someone has signed in as you.
• You are responsible for what is done under your account.
• A workspace’s owner and administrators decide who is in it and what each person can see and change. They are responsible for the people they add and the access they give.
• You must be 18 or over to use ManageCal.
• The information you give us must be accurate, and each account is for one person.

What you and your organisation put into ManageCal (events, descriptions, field values, settings) stays yours. You give us permission to store, copy and display it only as needed to run the service for you, including making backups. We do not use it for anything else.

You are responsible for your content and for having the right to put it in ManageCal, including any personal information about other people it contains. A workspace owner can ask us for a copy of the workspace’s content at any time.

You agree not to:

• break the law with ManageCal, or use it to store or share content you have no right to;
• try to see or change anything you have not been given access to;
• disrupt or overload the service, or probe it for weaknesses without our written permission;
• use the sign-in form to send email to people who have not asked for it;
• resell ManageCal, or build a competing product by copying it.

If you find a security problem, please tell us at hello@managecal.com rather than exploiting it.

ManageCal is free while it is in development, and nothing is charged. The plans on the pricing page are indicative. Before any charge begins we will tell workspace owners the price and the date, well in advance, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

We work to keep ManageCal running and your data safe, including nightly backups, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and it is provided without a service level agreement. We may need to take it offline for maintenance, and will give notice where we can.

You can stop using ManageCal at any time, and a workspace owner can ask us to close the workspace and delete its content. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we have to for legal reasons; unless the situation is urgent, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we ever stop offering ManageCal, we will give workspace owners notice and time to take a copy of their content.

Apart from what these terms say, ManageCal is provided “as is”, and we give no other promises about it, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law that cannot be taken away.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of the page, and tell workspace owners about any significant change before it takes effect. If you keep using ManageCal after that, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthanhave exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
